Meet Kate Milne, your new Age Sister Coach

I created SHIFT because I know that the "one-size-fits-all" approach that works in younger populations doesn't work for women who are 50+. I want to help you feel strong and capable in your body, regardless of your age or current functional level. I also believe that anyone can improve their health and feel better about themselves with the right support.

My certifications include: Masters of Science (Exercise Physiology), Masters of Health Studies, Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Certified Balance and Mobility Specialist, American College of Sports Medicine, Exercise is Medicine – Level II Specialist, and over 20 years working in healthy aging community research.
