Why am I the right person to help you? Along with my almost two decades of work in healthy aging research, I have a Master of Science (Exercise Physiology) and a Master of Health Studies (my thesis was on healthy living interventions for older adults).

I'm also a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, a Certified Balance and Mobility Specialist, and an American College of Sports Medicine, Exercise is Medicine – Level II Specialist. Why does this matter? I want you to know that I didn't pivot from a corporate career or recently decide to "jump into" this work. I've spent the past 30 years of my life dedicated to researching, collecting knowledge, and focusing my training in healthy aging to provide the very best information to you, my fellow Age Sister. 😊
